Freaky Carrot Ingredients
2 nos. Carrots
1 tsp. Vegetable oil
¼ tsp. Mustard seed(black)
10 nos. Curry leaf
1 pinch Asafoetida
Salt to taste
Sugar to taste
drop Lemon(few drops)
- Grate fresh carrots and wash it in water.
- Heat oil in a small kadai, put mustard seed and let it pop.
- Put curry leaves and asafoetida and immediately put grated carrots and stir for a few seconds.
- Now add salt, sugar and drops of lemon according to the taste. Remove from heat.
- Cherish this salad hot or cold. For cold serving one can garnish with corriander leaves too.
