Recipe Fig cake I - Gateau de Figue

Ingredients
2 cups flour (all purpose)
2 cups sugar
1 cup cooking oil
3 eggs
1 cup fig preserves
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt

Directions
Mix all ingredients. Baked in greased pan at 350 degrees for one hour.

This goes very well with a super cold glass of milk.
