Delicious, creamy mayonnaise is ready within minutes, and without using eggs. Using condensed milk as an alternative to eggs, and the traditional combination of mustard, vinegar and such ingredients, this eggless mayonnaise is a superb dressing for salads, rolls and sandwiches too.
1/2 tin (200 grams) condensed milk
4 tbsp salad oil
4 tbsp white vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp powdered mustard seeds ( rai / sarson)
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch) powder
Gradually, mix all the ingredients together using a whisk. Store in a refrigerator.
Use as required.
