Aloo Kachori Recipe

Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg Potatoes
• 100 grams Arrowroot
• 1 Coconut (grated)
• 2-3 Green Chilies
• 1 tsp Cardamom Seeds
• 1-2 tbsp Lemon Juice
• 1-2 tsp Sugar
• Salt to taste

How to make Aloo Kachori:
•To make covering, first boil and mash the potatoes. Mix it with 50 grams arrowroot, salt and knead it into stiff dough.
•To make filling, mix the grated coconut with crushed green chilies, sugar, lemon, cardamom and salt.
•To make kachori, take a small portion of the dough and pat between palms to make a small puri.
•Now stuff this puri with coconut mixture and form into a ball. Repeat the process to make rest of the kachoris.
•Douse the balls in the remaining arrowroot and deep fry in hot oil until golden brown.
•Aloo Kachori is ready to eat. Serve hot with chutney.

Ananas Ka Meetha Recipe

Ingredients:
• 1 medium sized Pineapple (finely chopped)
• 3 tbsp Ghee
• 2 cups Khoya (grated)
• 1/4 cup Sugar
• 1/4 cup Sunflower Seeds (Chironji)
• 1 tsp Green Cardamom Powder
• 15-20 Cashewnuts

How to make Ananas Ka Meetha:
•Heat 1 ½ tbsp of ghee in a wok (kadhai) and sauté the pineapple in it for five minutes until the water evaporates.
•Add sugar and stir till entirely dissolved.
•Now, add in the green cardamom powder to the pineapple and cook for some time.
•In another pan, heat the remaining ghee and add sunflower seeds and cashewnuts. Cook till golden.
•Add it to the pineapple and mix well.
•Add khoya and cook till done.
•Serve hot, garnished with cashew nuts.

Avocado Pie Recipe

Ingredients:
• 2 Hass Avocados
• 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
• 1 (14 oz) can Sweetened Condensed Milk
• 1 (9-inch) Graham Cracker Pie Crust
• 1 cup Whipped Cream
• 3 tbsp chopped Dry Fruits (cashews, almonds, walnuts)

How to make Avocado Pie:
•Blend avocados, lemon juice, and condensed milk in a blender until smooth.
•Pour over the pie crust.
•Spread whipped cream evnely.
•Sprinkle chopped dry fruits all over the cream.
•Refrigerate for 3 hours and serve chilled.
