Chocolate sponge cake, crumbled
Cocoa powder, powder
Sieve cocoa powder onto a plate. Crumb the chocolate sponge cake by putting the cake pieces on a sieve and pressing the crumbs through. Melt chocolate in the microwave oven on HIGH for one minute. Whisk till smooth. Add fresh cream and whisk till well blended and thick. Add cake crumbs, crushed walnuts, crushed almonds and mix. Shape the mixture into marble sized balls, roll them in cocoa powder and arrange them on a plate. Keep them in the refrigerator and serve when well set.
