Delicious & Easy to make--- Serve with Chapati or Rice
1 cup Yellow mung dal
1 cup Chopped onion
1 cup Tomatoes fine (chopped)
4 tsp Garlic chopped
2 tsp Ginger (chopped)
1 tsp Green chillies (chopped)
1 tsp Garam masala
Red chilly powder
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves finely chopped for garnishing
Put 4 tbsp oil in a cooker as oil heats add jeera to it as jeera turns brown add onion to it.
When onion turns golden brown, add tomatoes, all the spices, ginger, garlic, green chillies to it.
Then keep it 5-10 mins on slow flame, as tomatoes turn soft and the mix well and oil comes on their sides add dal to it.
Mix it and keep on flame for around 30 seconds.
Now its ready to be served.
