Castor sugar (caster sugar)
Sieve together flour, baking soda and cocoa powder into a bowl. Add milk, melted butter, egg, sugar and salt and mix well. Heat the skillet and pour a ladleful of batter on the skillet and cook on both sides until brown. Serve hot sprinkled with castor sugar and grated chocolate on top.
