A chilled drink churned with coffee, chocolate and icecream

INGREDIENTS
Instant coffee powder 1 teaspoon
Almonds 10
Green cardamoms 3-4
Chocolate syrup 4 tablespoons
Milk 2 cups
Vanilla ice cream 2 scoops
Ice cubes as required
Swiss chocolate liqueur 3-4 tablespoons
Whipping cream 1 cup
METHOD
1. Heat three to four tablespoons of water in a pan and add instant coffee. Crush cardamoms and add to the coffee and strain the mixture. Cool.2. Blanch almonds in half a cup of hot water for five minutes. Drain, cool, peel and chop half of them and cut the remaining into slivers. 3. Add chocolate sauce, milk, a little vanilla ice cream and ice to the coffee decoction and blend. 4. Add Swiss chocolate liqueur, remaining vanilla ice cream and mix well. 5. Pour into a glass so that it is half full. Add chopped almonds. 6. Add sweetened fresh cream, garnish with almond slivers and serve.
