CHHENA PODA PITHA RECIPE
Ingredients:
2 lbs - part skim ricotta cheese
3 tbs - sooji
13 to 15 tbsp - sugar
15 to 20 - raisins
15 to 20 - cashew nuts
3 to 4 - small green cardamoms

2 lbs - part skim ricotta cheese
3 tbs - sooji
13 to 15 tbsp - sugar
15 to 20 - raisins
15 to 20 - cashew nuts

Method
- Put the Ricotta cheese and the sooji in a container and knead throughly using a hand blender.
- Fry the cashew nuts in a little oil so that it browns a little.
- Be careful not to overcook.
- Add the cashews and all other ingredients into the cheese mixture and mix thoroughly.
- Grease the baking dish with some butter and transfer the batter into the baking dish leaving about a 1 inch from top empty.
- Pre-heat the oven at 325 F and bake it for 60-90 minutes until the top turns light brown.
- Cool it after taking out from the oven.
- Then cut into 2 in X 1 in squares and serve.
