chamia (French sweet Dish)

Ingredient :

* 4 scoops of flour
* 1 pinch of salt
* 1 / 4 measure margarine
* 1 a.c. tablespoons milk powder
* Orange flower water


* 3 parts dry fruits (almonds blanched not, walnuts, hazelnuts)
* 1 part granulated sugar

*tablespoon rose water
* 1 kg of honey with 2 c..soupe of orange flower water


* Sift the flour, adding salt and margarine, rub it between your hands to blend the margarine into the flour
* Moisten with water and orange water and knead the dough is soft and consistent
* Leave it covered in plastic wrap for 15 minutes

* Cut out square of 8 inches long, put a ball in center of stuffing, close the door and pinch the four sides (to have the same shape as the image) arrange in a plate sprinkle with melted margarine and bake at 200
* The cakes are cooked when they double in size and take the pink
* Dip in honey and decorate the surface with pistachios or hazelnuts
