"Chocolate CheeseCake" (low carb)

2 packages (8 oz) cream cheese, soften
2 eggs
1/3 cup plus 2 t sucralose based sugar substitute divided
2 T honey
3 t vanilla
2 T unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup heavy cream

Prehear oven to 350.
Spray 8 in round ckae pan with nonstick cookin spray
Cut 8 inch wax paper circle to fit bottom of pan
Place paper in pan spray lightly with cookin spray beat cream cheese, eggs, 1/3 cup sugar sub, honey and 2 t vanilla in large

Bowl with electric mixer at med speed to to 3 minutes
With mixer at low speed bet in cocoa until mixed well
Pour batter into prepared pan bake 35 minutes or until center is set...cook 10 mins..run thin knife around edge of cheesecake to loosen invert cheesecake onto plate..remove parchment paper...place servin plate over cake, invert cake top side
Up...cover loosely with plastic wrap...refridgerate at least 4 hours

Or overnight. Beat cream, remaining 2 t sugar sub and 1 t vanilla in small deep bowl with mixer at high speed until stiff peaks form serve with cheesecake.

Red Velvet Cake W/White Truffle Frosting"



Cake Ingredients:
1.) 1 box Betty Crocker® SuperMoist® German chocolate cake mix
2.) 1-1/4 cup water
3.) 1/2 cup vegetable oil
4.) 3 eggs
5.) 1 bottle (1 oz) red food color
6.) 1 tablespoon baking cocoa


Frosting Ingredients:
1.) 1-1/2 cups white vanilla baking chips
2.) 2-1/4 cups Betty Crocker® Rich & Creamy vanilla frosting (from two 1-lb containers)


Preparation:
1. Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pans). Grease or spray bottoms only of two 8-inch round cake pans. In large bowl, beat cake ingredients with electric mixer on low speed 30 seconds; beat on medium speed 2 minutes. Pour into pans.
2. Bake and cool as directed on box for 8-inch rounds. Slice each cake layer in half horizontally to make a total of 4 layers.
3. In medium microwavable bowl, microwave baking chips uncovered on Medium (50%) 4 to 5 minutes, stirring halfway through microwave time. Stir until smooth; cool 5 minutes. Stir in frosting until well blended. Place 1 cake layer, cut side up, on serving plate; spread with 1 cup of the frosting. Repeat with second and third cake layers. Top with remaining cake layer, cut side down; frost with remaining frosting. Yield: 12 Servings.
