Chaach Flavoured buttermilk

Whisk the yoghurt well. Add the water, salt and cumin seed powder. Mix well.

Ingredients
Yoghurt (dahi) 2 1/2 cups / 1/2 kg
Water 5 cups / 1 lt
Salt to taste
Cumin seeds (jeera), powdered,
roasted 1 tsp / 5 gm
Mint leaves (pudina) dried crushed 1 tsp / 5 gm

Cooking Directions
Whisk the yoghurt well.
Add the water, salt and cumin seed powder.
Mix well.
Garnish with mint leaves and serve chilled.
