Carrot Salad

Ingredients:
1/2 cup - soaked moong dal (to soak for 1/2hr)
2 - grated carrots
1 cup - grated coconut
1 - lemon
1 bunch - coriander
Salt as per taste
2 - chopped green chillies
1 small tsp - oil
For seasoning: 1/2 spoon of mustard, cumin and urad dal
1 red chilli
Method

Method
- Mix moong dal, grated carrot, grated coconut, chopped chillies and add salt and lemon juice.
- Heat oil and temper mustard, cumin and urad dal and pieces of red chilli.
- This low oil vegetable salad is tasty and can be served with roti or rice.
