Recipe Carrot Burfi

Carrots - 1 lb

Milk - 2 1/2cups

Sugar11/4 cup

Crdamom powder - 1/2 tsp

Chopped cashew nuts & almonds - 2 tsp each Ghee - 1 tsp

How 2 make


Grate the carrots.

In a pan cook the grated carrot with milk.

After it is cooked and starts to thicken add cardamom, nuts stir in low flame and remove from heat.

Grease a plate with ghee and pour this, cut into burfis when cool.
