INGREDIENTS
1. Preheat oven to 175oC. Grease and flour a 20cm square baking tin.
2. In a large saucepan, melt the butter. Remove from heat; stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Beat in the cocoa, flour, salt and baking powder. Spread batter into prepared pan.
3. Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 mins. Do not overcook.
4. To make frosting: Combine 3 tbsp butter, 3 tbsp cocoa, honey, 1tsp vanilla, and 1 cup icing sugar. Frost brownies while they are still warm, cut into triangles and serve.
