Recipe Black sesame pudding

Ingredients

  • 25g gelatin powder
  • 100g black sesame paste (available at supermarkets selling Chinese food items)
  • 200g white sugar
  • 500g fresh milk
  • 75g condensed milk
Preparation

1. Boil 100ml water and mix in gelatin powder until it is totally dissolved, add black sesame paste, sugar and both fresh and condensed milk. Set pudding mixture aside to cool slightly.

Place pudding mixture in moulds of your choice and freeze for 2 hours.

Remove frozen pudding from moulds, garnish with a topping of your choice and serve immediately.
