Recipe Black Pepper Rasam

Ingredients

Black Pepper 10 nos
Jeera 1 teaspoon
Red Chillies 3 nos
Garlic 10 pieces
Coconut Powder 1 teaspoon
Salt
Curry leaves for Seasoning
Mustard seeds little
Tamarind 1 Teaspoon
Jaggery 1 Teaspoon
Method
Grind Black pepper, Jeera, Red chillies, Coconut, & 2-3 pieces of Garlic and make into fine paste.
Fry remaining Garlic & add the Paste you prepared
Add Tamarind, Jaggery & Water to the fried Masala
Boil the content for about 15 min
Finally garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve with rice.
