BHUTTE KE CUTLET

INGREDIENTS
Corn kernels, boiled
500 grams
Oil
1 tablespoon + to deep fry
Cumin seeds
1 teaspoon
Fennel seeds (saunf)
1 teaspoon
Onions, chopped
3 medium
Green chillies, chopped
6
Ginger, chopped
2 inch piece
Garlic, chopped
6 cloves
Turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon
Coriander powder
1 teaspoon
Red chilli powder
2 teaspoons
Garam masala powder
1 teaspoon
Fresh coriander leaves, chopped
1 small bunch
Gram flour (besan), roasted
2/3 cupBread crumbs
1/2 cup

METHOD
Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, fennel seeds and chopped onions and sauté lightly. Add green chillies, ginger, garlic, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder and garam masala powder. Stir to mix well. Remove from heat. Grind the cooked corn niblets with this masala in a mixer. Add coriander leaves and salt to taste. Add roasted gram flour and mix. Add bread crumbs and mix well to form a dough. Make equal sized cutlets Heat sufficient oil in a kadai and deep fry the cutlets till golden brown. Serve hot​
