Recipe Bhindi masala

Ingredients:
250g Okra (bhindi)
2tbsp besan
¼ tsp ajwain
½ tsp jeera powder
1tsp amchur powder
½ tsp red chili powder
Salt to taste
Chat masala to sprinkle
Oil to deep fry


Recipe Method:

Wash and wipe dry the bhindi.
Slit the bhindi into halves and then further into thin strips.
In a big bowl mix together the bhindi with all the other ingredients and salt to taste. Mix well.
Heat oil in a pan. Deep fry the bhindi in moderately hot oil till crisp and remove on absorbent paper.
Sprinkle chaat masala and serve hot.
