Beetroot cappucino

A healthy and a nutritious cappucino with a twist.
Preparation Time : 5-10 minutes
Cooking Time : 10-15 minutes
Servings : 4
Beetroot juice 5 cups

Oil 2 tablespoons

Cloves 4-5

Bay leaves 2

Garlic, chopped 4-5 cloves

Onions, chopped 2 medium

Salt to taste

Black pepper powder to taste

Fresh cream 2 tablespoons

Heat oil in a pan. Add cloves, bay leaves and garlic and sauté for a minute. Add onions and cook till onions become translucent. Add four cups of beetroot juice and cook till the beetroot juice thickens. Add salt and black pepper powder and mix well. Turn off the heat and add cream and mix well. Pour them into individual cups. Whisk the remaining beetroot juice so that it forms froth on top. Put the froth on top the glasses and serve hot.
