750g beef fillet
salt, to taste
10g black pepper
5ml sweet dark soy sauce
20ml dark sesame oil
350g sticky rice, steamed, to serve
25g white sesame seeds
30g coriander leaves, chopped, for garnishing
1. Cut beef into fine strips and season with salt, pepper and sweet dark soy sauce.
2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté beef for around 10 minutes.
3. Serve with rice and garnish with sesame seeds and coriander leaves.
