Banana Fruit Cream
Banana Fruit Cream recipe by Jayanandan
400 ml: Whipped Cream
2 tbsp: Sugar
2 nos. Bananas (pureed)
1 nos. Green Apple (finely chopped)
2 nos. Kiwis (sliced and cut into triangles)
8 nos. Strawberries (cut into 8 lengthwise)
1. Combine cream with sugar and banana puree.
2. Fold in apple, kiwis and strawberries (reserving some for garnish).
3. Fill the cream into martini glasses, garnish with reserved fruits and refrigerate till chilled.
4. Serve chilled.
