Baked Egg And Bacon Spinach

•Eggs 4
•Bacon rashers 2
•Baby spinach leaves a few
•Small brown bread pavs 2
•Cream 8 tablespoons
•Salt to taste
Preheat the oven to 160°C. Halve the pavs. Place one half in each ramekin. Tear the spinach leaves and place over the pavs. Cook the bacon rashers in a grill pan and then cut them into small pieces. Place these bacon pieces over the spinach. Drizzle two tablespoons cream over the ingredients in each ramekin and sprinkle salt. Break one egg into each ramekin. Place the ramekins in the preheated oven and bake for fifteen minutes. Serve hot.
