Baked chicken pasta

1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Melt butter in a medium saucepan and stir in flour until smooth. Add the chicken stock and stir until a white sauce forms. Now stir in the cream.
2. In a separate pan heat the olive oil and fry the onion, beef bacon and celery until cooked. Season with salt, pepper and thyme. Remove mixture from heat and stir in the chicken.
3. Place the cooked pasta in a large oven dish, followed by the chicken mixture. Cover with the white sauce, sprinkle grated cheese on top and bake in the oven for 15 mins.
