Condensed milk 200 grams
Butter 4 tablespoons
Cinnamon powder 1/4 teaspoon
Refined flour (maida) 3/4 cup

METHOD
Pre-heat the oven to 180C. Mix together the condensed milk and one and half tablespoons butter and heat it gently for two to three minutes. Keep aside to cool. Mix in cinnamon powder Peel and slice apples. Take an oven proof dish and place the apple slices in layers. Press lightly while placing them. Pour the condensed milk mixture over the apples and spread it evenly. Mix the refined flour, two and a half tablespoons butter and cinnamon powder with your fingertips till it resembles breadcrumbs. Sprinkle generously on the apples, so as to cover them completely. Bake at 180C for twenty five to thirty minutes or till crumble topping turns golden brown. Serve hot or warm.
