American Sweet Corn Salad

Ingredients

3 cups boiled sweet corn
1/3 cup chopped spring onions with greens
1/3 cup capsicum cubes
1/3 cup tomato cubes

For the dressing
Vinaigrette Dressing

Method

Keep aside half the tomatoes and spring onion greens and mix the remaining salad ingredients.
Toss in the dressing.
Garnish with the remaining tomatoes and spring onions.
Put in the refrigerator.
Serve cold.
