Ingredients
3 cups boiled sweet corn
1/3 cup chopped spring onions with greens
1/3 cup capsicum cubes
1/3 cup tomato cubes
1/3 cup chopped spring onions with greens

For the dressing

Method
- Keep aside half the tomatoes and spring onion greens and mix the remaining salad ingredients.
- Toss in the dressing.
- Garnish with the remaining tomatoes and spring onions.
- Put in the refrigerator.
- Serve cold.
