INGREDIENTS
This naan is prepared with atta (whole wheat flour)
Dough - 1 1/4 cup maida
1 1/4 cup atta.
1/2 cup hot milk
1/2 cup hot milk
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 cup warm water (aprox)
1/2 tsp. salt.

METHOD
Heat milk and put it in a paraat (Large pan). Add baking powder to the hot milk. Mix well and keep it aside for 1-2 min.
Sift the dough batter & salt together. Add it to hot milk, mix.
Knead to a dough with enough warm water.
Keep in a warm place for 3-4 hours.
Make 6-8 balls. Roll out each ball to an oblong shape. spread ghee all over. Fold one side (lengthways) a little, so as to overlap an inch of the nan. Press on the joint with the belan (rolling pin).
Apply some water on the back side of the nan. Stick in a hot tandoor.
Cook till naan is ready. Spread butter on the ready nan and serve hot.
