ingrediants needed for family size portion : 2 spoons jeera, 2 onions , 1 half loaf of ginger , and 8 - 10 green mirch also 2 - 3 cups milk
step 1 : warm vegatable oil and put in 2 spoons jeera
step 2 : put in grinded half loaf of ginger, 8- 9 mirch grinded and 2 onions grinded. Add haldi and keep on low heat for 5 - 8 minutes while stirring
step 3 : add 2 - 3 cups of milk and allow milk to boil over for 2 minutes ( raising heat to do so )
step 4 : put on low heat and add salt . ( Salt must be added last )
step 5 : Enjoy
