Toyota is all set to launch its entry level sedan Toyota Etios at an aggresive price point of around RS 5.25 Lacs. Toyota Etios sedan will be launched on December 1, 2010 and the hatchback variant will be launched in March, 2011. Toyota Etios hatchback model will be priced in Rs 4 to 5 lacs range.
Toyota Etios Hatchback and Etios Sedan concept were introduced at Delhi Auto Expo 2010. Toyota will sell this car first in India and will launch in other nations thereafter. According to Toyota, there were more than 2,000 engineers in use to give it small size and compact design without compromising with performance, interior, power and higher fuel efficiency. The hatchback showcased in Auto Expo 2010 was in blue tone while sedan was in white color. Toyota did work hard to build Toyota Etios.
