How to change brake PADS ROTARS and paint ur brake caliper

So this is how ur brake rotor and caliper look like in modern cars
First take off ur caliper u need to unscrew caliper bolts which are at the back u can easily find so take off that and then u see ur Brake rotor
Brake Rotor can b easily taken from hub by pulling it toward urself

This is only Hub after taking off the brake rotor so clean it with brake cleaner only not with any other thing no petrol or kerosene or another thing
clean it as much as u can take off the rust with sand paper

This is DISC BRAKE PAD SPREADER u need this to push back the brake piston of brake caliper and why u push it back because when u put ur new pads the are big in size and it wont fit so this is a easy available tool and very cheap to find on EBAY

After that put back ur new Rotor and put back brake pads brackets with new pads and then put back ur brake caliper on it and hen tight it as it was before

I used Bendix Ultimate this is the best braking pads available in the market it is expensive but it actually worth it

The best way to paint ur caliper is cover everything with paper everything where u think might the paint can go and cover ur brake rotor with any polythene and then u r ready to paint

should have done either red of black!

I've done my old skyline's wheels to black and calipers red! See attached photo of my car. sold it last year.

I have detailed job done in Cartalk.in (counterpart of unp)

I have also fixed the Idling porblem on my skyline.

I had to clean AFM, TPS , MAF and then changed the pod filter.

It has a front mount intercooler so it was bit of a pain to open all the parts.

Cleaned throttle body and adjusted the MAF to 1000 RPM

Its good to do work on your car
