Tata Safari Dicor vs other SUVs

Mere cousin ne SUV leni, budget is about 10 lakhs.
Is Tata Safari still the best choice ?

Also would you go for the top model
or
the base model and choose the accessories ?

i dont have any idea about comparison about SUVs in India.

but i would prefer to go for Top Model because whatever you add aftermarket it doesnot count in resale value.more over top model will carry the accessories already optimized for that vehicle.
As per my thinking

waise i like both Scorpio and safari......
only think that i dont like about scorpio is its rear seat which gives a feel of cheap taxi.

Opposite to Deep veere
get a base model and then put aftermarket stuff cheaper than buying a delux model of value about 3 lakhs more.
I bought my falcon mkii base model and added after market alloys, xenon lamps and changed interior and exterior globes to white ones looks better

go for safari base modle, den put bumper color on it and mag wheels, tint windows,
add a gud music system , it all cost u around 80,000 to 90,000 rs.

put new alloys
depends upon the use. city ride? then low profile

pind / offroad? then offroad type wheels
