Reiter Engineering announces Lamborghini LP600+ for 2011
Reiter Engineerinfrom Germany has announced 2011 Gallardo LP560 based new track weapon, dubbed the LP600+. For the new racer in 2011, the circuit has got some updates including engine, new front spoiler, new gear ratios, a new exhaust system and a redesigned hood. The new beast has the same 5.2l V10 House of Sant’Agata that generates 600hp at 8000rpm.
The lambo LP 600 + weighs 1990kg, thanks to extensive use of carbon fiber and magnesium wheels, lightweight, structural aluminum space frame, based on aluminum extruded parts welded to aluminum caster joint elements, structural reinforcements at suspension pick up points and aluminum with thermoplastic ‘retro-fit’ parts.
AP brake system with ventilated brake discs provide braking to the new beast and there is also REITER Engineering double wishbone front and rear suspension, anti-roll bar, anti-dive and anti squat, racing shocks and springs, race front and rear and 18-inch wheels with racing slick tires. Pricing tag touches the $385,774 mark, without VAT.
