Hyundai India to introduce 2-3 models every year to increase marketshare'

MUMBAI: Hyundai Motor India Limited has decided to introduce two-three new models each year to capture the small car market and raise marketshare. Mr Han-Woo Park, managing director and chief executive officer, Hynudai India, said, “ We will continue to launch two to three new models every year. The domestic market demand is increasing and we want to en-cash it.”
The car manufacturer currently has 20.6% market share in India and it is aiming to retain this figure in the upcoming time. The firm also said that it will launch its Santa Fe, a sports utlity car, by October-end.
