Hispano Suiza to make its comeback with Audi R8 V10 at Geneva
Well, those of you out there who don’t have any clue about Hispano Suiza, let me tell you it’s a Spanish brand that stopped making vehicles after the World War II. Though the brand has the couple of prototypes a few years back, but it hasn’t build its own vehicle again.
However, that’s the past and the company is all set to resuscitate this year at Geneva with its future vehicle – a re-bodied Audi R8 V10 that will come with a packed supercharger and there is a possibility of a hybrid system.
There are claims from Hispano Suiza that this R8 based vehicle generates massive 750-horsepower. Also, an electric motor is placed at the front for an additional 150hp and that is enough to run the car on pure electric power.
This vehicle will be able to race from 0-60mph in just 3.4 seconds and has a top speed of 205 mph. Priced at €700,000, the new Hispano Suiza R8 V10 will go on sale in this summer.
