Yaar je dekheya jave ta, theek hai.. te hun appa nawi gaddi nahi leya karni.. Delhi toh second leke aya karaghe:P
not a realistic solution, as this will only give more business to makers
they could have implemented better inspection system which could make once a year inspection mandatory( like in some states of US).in NY no matter what you have get your vehicle inspected every year where they connect it to OBD system to see if there is any major issue which can make it not worthy of operation, they also check brakes, tyres and lights etc.
and if vehicle is older than 2000 they do a dyno test on it, on which vehicle is run onto to electric dyno system to see how it behaves on various speeds and conditions.
if any issues found, you have to get it fixed before getting inspection sticker.
and if you dont get it fixed and your inspection period passes, your registration is cancelled automatically.
