according to your requirment "SORRY" frnd. no any bike full fill it or handle the situation created by u.
good lukin bike= above 70000
low mentinence= splendor (which one u will nt like.)
milege 50 or above 50= tvs star city (chhee chhee kahoge tum)
so use ur frns' bike....

i dnt knw frm which site u mention the price tag, bt i visisted yamaha's outlet personaly and they give me price for fazer 80000.
even i dnt remember that it include papers or nt.
