Audi A3 is progressing as expected in route to U.S. The report confirms Audi’s plan to take strategic advantage of the huge demand for luxury sedans in the US. Therefore, Audi is expacting to achieve the goal of huge sales figures after the debut of its A3 in the U.S. market.
Industry analysts believe the plan is very sensible, realistic and straightforward. The analysis of the experts said that, if A3 sedan is released in the U.S. market, it would be in a segment that is most populated and lesser competition from BMW and Mercedes. This is because the BMW 1 Series comes only in coupe and convertible edition, while the Class C and 3-Series are bigger vehicles of A4 category.
Therefore, it would be easier for Audi A3, a compact luxury sports sedan car to grab more market share in the segment. In addition, the sports sedan could be a perfect choice when combined with Audi’s TDI clean diesel engine.
