Today marks another milestone for Microsoft, as Yahoo search ads are now fully supported by Microsoft's adCenter. As per the search deal between Yahoo! and Microsoft's Bing last year, not only will the searches be fully powered by Bing, but the advertisements will be too.

The added revenue for the company will not only help improve Bing, but help compete against Internet search and advertising giant, Google. Google's highly successful Adsense program not only allows for sellers to advertise on hundreds of thousands of websites around the globe, but also for developers to earn an additional source of income for their website.

Microsoft adCenter will research 163 million searchers in the U.S. and over 15 million searchers in Canada. All existing Yahoo paid ad customers will still be able to access their account for the next five months, but will need to transition over to Microsoft's advertising adCenter to handle further search deals.

As per the new transition, customers will notice a slight increase in cost per clicks (CPC), but Microsoft expects these price hikes to stabilize in the coming weeks.

Bing and Yahoo began their transition back in August, where all Yahoo searches began to be provided by Bing.
