Uploading Problem !

...m facin problem from last couple of dayz
I cant upload any file (more than 2MB but not always even less than 1 mb also) on all website ...even in gmail,yahoo i cant attach the files .This is nothing i cant even test my upload speed . When i chk my speed through SPEEDTEST , it shows me downloading speed but when it start testing uploading, it gives me error "Uplaod test Returned an error while trying to read the upload file".

I thnk there is nthing to do wid ISP coz i can upload fine through other laptop & desktop !
( using Tata Wimax) . I hav disables Firewall , uninstall antiviruses and other security programs but still the same problem . IS it virus or wat ?

it has definitely to do with ISP.
as i had same issue since last few days
called ISP and they found a issue on one of their boxex hanging on poll in next street.

It could also be an activex issue, clear browser cache, reset setting, disable add ons
or try a different browser.

then its a diff case , bcos in my case my laptop and pc were having same issue

disabled firewall ...removed all antivirus and security programs ...

problem is with the os of your pc and desktop

might be there is some problem with your pc windows.

Keygen warge programs use karde hunde ho???

Download norton internet security 2007 or windows defender, n fer update kar leyo.
Perform a full sys scan by both.

You tried uploading with DC++ or torrents?? Looks like some port problem, Robin Keir's home page - Software - VStat" try this program and try seeing which port your computer uses while connecting, in LANs we frequently faced this problem and it was due to some crazy filipino virus and sometimes only option was formatting or port changing but that worked with DC++ and not browsers since in browser the server defines the port and your computer takes up any arbitrary port that's free after 1024. Other than that i can't remember anything how guys sorted this out.

nah not jus wid DC++ ..even i cant chk my speed @ speedtest.com
i get Upload test error wen it strt testing uploading speed
