This car is made up of Lego bricks and runs on Air

Love to play with Lego’s, then you might love to see this product too. Steve Sammartino and Raul Oaida have recently built a functional car which is made up of Lego Bricks and runs on an engine powered by Air. It is the product of the Super Awesome Micro Project, which is a crowd-funded effort allowing them to get 500,000 Lego Brick and 256 pistons for designing rod-esque masterpiece. Everything which you will see in this car, from engine to seats, it is made completely from the tiny Lego bricks, excluding wheels, tires, and gauges. Sammartino and Oaida have dropped $60,000 for getting the Lego Bricks.

After seeing a single tweet of Sammartino, Forty Australian Patrons have funded the project. This car was built in Romania and was shipped to Melbourne. ”The car was significantly damaged during shipping,” Sammartino told an Australian podcast. “We were like, ‘Well it’s just Lego, we’ll snap the pieces back together,’ But it wasn’t that easy. The pieces were warped because it had gone across the Equator, pieces were freezing and heating up — it was worse than you’d think.”
