Don't buy Monitor speakers.
Monitors won't produce boomy bass.
I use Edifier M 3300 (2.1). Not impressed.

Do you have any no. of channels requirement?

Joban volume di gall ni hundi. mai tainu sirf 2 speakeran chon tere 7.1 to vadd volume te vadd bass suna dau. It is not about the size, number or the price of the speakers.
Sound quality nahi mildi ehna speakeran ch.

EH wale 2.1 3000 de sige.

Preet - If you could find , get your hands on Logitech Z-2300 (They are discontinued by the company now). You can find them lying in shops, if you are lucky.
They are the best you can get in your budget.

While I was on search for speakers last year I found that Edifier C3 were good.
Nice wooden boxes for speakers and woofer. Nice bass. Just remember to Run-In your new speakers.
