Post Sony Launches its latest portable Blu Ray Player called BDX-

Sony has recently unveiled its latest portable and lightweight Blu Ray Player called BDX-S500U which comes with impressive list of features and functions. This latest player is capable of providing support to BD-R (6x), BD-R DL (4x) and BD-RE (2x) discs. In order to provide features of authoring, data writing, back up and editing the player comes loaded with Media Suite 8 Software from Cyberlink.
This Blu Ray Player from Sony is capable of recording up to 50GB of data for random access storage and back up. Convenient connectivity in the player is supported through high speed USB 2.0 and its digital interface offers great flexibility.
The BDX-S500U can record up to 220 minutes of HD 24bps MPEG 4 AVC/H.264 video on a BD-R/RE 50 GB of disc. The standard discs can be recorded through the player at up to 8X of speed. The 8.5GB of DVD can be recorded up to 4X and moreover the player supports recording of DVD RAM at up to 5X of speed.
