Remember the 6-inch and 7-inch phablets that HP was rumoured to launch to re-enter the Indian smartphone market? The rumour now turns into reality as HP has finally announced a 6-inch and a 7-inch Slate VoiceTab tablet for the Indian market. On the storage front, the device comes with 16GB onboard storage and microSD card slot for expandable memory.

Both HP Slates will come equipped with IPS displays, but the screen resolution is unclear yet. One can expect rear and front cameras on both. HP also promises a compact, stylish design along with a scratch-resistant back cover design, though we are yet to more than a couple press images of the phone.
