Howto Rip BBC Asian Network Radio with FreeRapid Downloader

1. Install Java Runtime Environment

2. Install Vity's FreeRapid Downloader ( FRD )

3. Update Plugins. Help --> Check for new plugins





4. Copy BBC Program link to rip & paste into FRD.. set download location





5. Hit * Start *



6. Show will be saved in .FLV format.. use FLV Extract to grab audio stream ( aac or mp3 )
