help regarding pc suite

i m trying to install lg pc suite 4 in my pc, every thing run fine in installation process, and i rcv msg that lg pc suite has been install sucsessfully bt whn i try to open it a logo of lg with a tiny animation arround logo appear. and then and then and then its never end and software could nt open.
i meet the vendor with my software, vendor install it in front of me. voila it run correctly at his pc, for curousity i go to lg service center again it work fine there. now i try it again on my pc- result none, i try it on my laptop-result none, i try it on my cousin laptop- result none, i try it on my frnd laptop- result none. ooops..
wots going on with it? can anybody help me?
