Help regarding internet

I have bsnl broadband with unlimited plan.
But the link between server and modem keep disconnecting every 5 to 10 mins. Wht shud b the problem??? Do i need to change wire of telefone line?????

The Problem is the poor BSNL service
me also using BSNL Unlimited Plan and same problem like
yesterday the connection was disconnected in every 5 minutes but today its okay :d

sometimes BSNL is busy that's why :d

try resetting ur modem from their internal Ip 192.168.x.x............

or else launch a complaint for the same.

I used BSNl broadband for 1 year, between this time i never raised a single compaint for it :)

with BSNL you are on your own anyways, technical support is pathetic at best.

yes check ur cable too....are their locks are ok or not...same thing happened with my mtnl..the problems with my cable locks...
