build your own pc specs : AMD Fusion fx 4100+ RAM - 8 GB (4gb x 2 ) 1333mhz Motherboard - make sure it has usb 3.0 , pci express and RAM support to 1600mhz Case - coolermaster rc330 ,power supply must be 550watts + Graphics card - this can be tricky , keep it till the end to decide HDD- 500GB/1TB DVD burner Monitor - 21.5" -23" depending on budget mouse and keyboard - logitech speakers - depends on your needs

core i3 is a beginner level quad core processor , pretty much waste of money.

I bought a laptop with core i3 and 4gb RAM by lenovo for 376$ means abt 18thousand rs
