you can use flash to make the whole website but then thats gona take forever to load .

Include:

Media section - where you upload pictures of your Pind and some videos of the events like Vishakhi , Gurupurb, Diwali , New year, Mele etc etc.

Religious places: Gurudwara , Temple,Maseet ohna baare jankaari

Development: ki nava ho reha hai

Study : kehre school ne .. kithe munde kudia parhan jande ne.. te ki karna chahunde ne.

Kheti baadi: Kehra mausam hai te kehri fasal beeji jandi hai.. koi loss koi profit..

Diversification: kida de loki rehnde ne.. kehre dharam nu mande ne.. ki soch hai unha di.. kive celebrate karde ne.. kive vyaah de reeti riwaz ne

and if u want ur own hosting go to godaddy,hostgator,bigrock(sasti a eh )

you might want to include Important contact numbers such as police station/hospital/Lambar daar, Panchayat mukhiya /

If you gona make it assessable on phone make sure you dont use those codings that not many phones wont support
