1st of all There is no official news for GTA V to be launch on PC

baki there are no official specs

pc version je ayea vi fer vi bahut wadda pc system cahida hona

maybe-

Nvidia GTX series GPU

U should go for the i7 extreme edition and a better GPU card with external power.
Then u could play games like NFS Most Wanted 2, Prototype 2, GTA 5 as well and the last is u could also run PS2 games easily.
