Fitbit for Android now supports new Motorola and Nexus devices

In Fitness Tracking Devices, Fitbit is the popular name, which works well with iOS Devices in a much better way than the Android devices. But now it seems like the situation is changing, as Fitbit has recently released an updated version of its Android App which works with a number of new Smartphones including the new Moto X, Nexus devices and six recently launched Droid Devices.

Fitbit support capability is different from Android and iOS devices as Fitbit tracker uses BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) to sync with the mobile devices and since the launch of iPhone 4S all Apple devices supports BLE, but the Android Devices are still adopting this technology. That is the reason Fitbit suits best with all iOS Devices and with some handful Android devices . The newly added Smartphone list includes:

Moto X
Nexus 4 and 5
Nexus 7 (2013)
DROID Razr M, HD, and Maxx HD
DROID Mini, Ultra, and Maxx (running Android 4.4 or later)
